Harvest
From late February until the end of May, all of the vineyards in Chile will be engaged in the grape harvest, also known as “La Vendimia”.
This is a great time to visit and watch wine making in action, from the vine, to the selection table, then to the tank.
Some vineyards offer harvest experience tours but some just have easy access to see the whole process.
Be sure to get in contact if you want to visit some vineyards around the most interesting time of the year.
